At Let Me 3D Print That<\/strong>, we want you to love your prints! Because we offer both ready-made stock items and custom 3D printing services, our policy is broken down into two sections depending on what you ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Ready-Made Items (Fidget Toys, Stock Gadgets, etc.)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you purchased a standard, pre-made item directly from our shop:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Returns:<\/strong> You have 14 days<\/strong> from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Return Shipping:<\/strong> Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Refunds:<\/strong> Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Custom 3D Prints & “Print Your Creation” Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Custom orders are items that we have specially printed for you using your provided 3D files or custom color\/material requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • No Returns on Custom Prints:<\/strong> Because custom prints are manufactured specifically to your unique specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • File & Design Responsibilities:<\/strong> We are responsible for the physical print quality, not the structural design of the file you provide. If a custom print fails structurally due to an inherent flaw in your digital design (e.g., walls too thin, weak joints in the model itself), it does not qualify for a refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Our Quality Guarantee:<\/strong> If your custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect that differs from the agreed-upon specifications (such as major layer separation, severe under-extrusion, or the wrong material\/color), please contact us within 7 days<\/strong> with photos of the issue. We will happily reprint it for you at no extra cost or offer a store credit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Damaged in Transit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      We pack our prints carefully, but we know couriers can sometimes be rough. If your order arrives broken or damaged due to shipping:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and<\/strong> the packaging it arrived in immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. We will lodge a claim with the courier service and arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped out to you as a priority.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        4. Shipping Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Because shipping is calculated and charged after order confirmation, any refunds approved for returned stock items will strictly cover the cost of the product itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        How to Start a Return or Report an Issue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        To request a return or report a defect\/shipping damage, please email us at sales@letme3dprintthat.co.za<\/strong> with your order number, a brief explanation, and any relevant photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
