Frequently asked questions

What materials do you print with?

Mostly PLA (lots of colours, including silk and rainbow blends), plus PETG for tougher or outdoor parts and TPU for flexible parts. Not sure? We’ll recommend the best option on your quote.

Can you print my own file?

Yes! Upload an STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP file on the Print my idea page. Only send designs you made or have the right to print. Many free models online are licensed for personal use only.

I don’t have a file. Can you still help?

Often, yes. Send a photo, a sketch with measurements, or a link to something similar, and we’ll let you know if we can find or model a design for you.

How big can you print?

Up to about 21 × 21 × 21 cm in one piece. Bigger items can usually be printed in parts and joined.

How long does it take?

Shop prints are usually ready 2–5 working days after you accept your quote; custom jobs 3–7 working days. Courier delivery adds 2–4 working days. Delivery costs are included in your quote.

Are your prints food-safe or outdoor-safe?

Novelty prints aren’t food-safe unless stated. PLA can soften in high heat (like a car on a sunny day), so for outdoor or hot use we recommend PETG. Just tell us how you’ll use it.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! Orders of 10 or more prints (any mix of designs) get bulk pricing, applied automatically in your quote. Bigger orders save more.
